Program Details
The program is built up from a general framework and structure of a 90 day training program. It covers three days a week of strength training, some specific breath-work practices for improving performance, and the specific types of cardio zone two training that we want you to be doing. It can be modified in app to allow for any changes in equipment, but can be done in most facilities with a little tweaking.
Those applicants who are accepted into the broader program group are put through a number of physiological tests so that the basic framework of the program can be fleshed out to apply to the specific individual.

Scrambler : $100/month
If you are just looking to see what it is we are doing in the altitude program. This is the general framework and structure of the 90 day program. It covers three days a week of strength training, some specific breath-work practices for improving performance, and the specific types of cardio zone two training that we want you to be doing. Mountaineer: $250 $225/month
The foundation of a good training programs needs to be built on individual physiological profiles. This means we need a baseline to start from, and something to compare back to to ensure that progress is being made. This is why all participants in the altitude program are run through a number of physiological tests which enables us to identify specific needs and weaknesses. To accurately be able to create a whole picture of an athlete we include a comprehensive evaluation of a number of key physiological variables as opposed to just doing one or two tests. We then repeat these every four weeks to track progress and modify your programming.
